I hate to say it but it's the orientals that copy us. We invent, they copy it and make it out of plastic.
The US screws us over because our politicians are pussies.

It's just that America has taken obesity to new levels, such as becoming so fat and lazy to the point where they get around in the streets by riding on electronic scooters that are designed for the disabled elderly.

The title of this thread is insensitive! People have feelings, ya know.....it's sometimes genetics that causes weight gain..
I am an American. We in America are very, very fat. It is becoming very common place to have a big belly. I met a couple the other day who were looking to reduce their life threatening illnesses with cannabis juicing. The are both 30 years old, pre-diabetic, high blood pressure .....etc. The husband has had a heart attack and they are both at least 60-80 pounds over what would be healthy. Around here the younger someone is the greater the likelihood of them being fat.
Warning to the rest of the world: Do not follow the American way of living, it is killing us rather quickly and soon you can move here and have all of our stuff.

Sometimes but usually not. Usually it is a case of excessive caloric consumption coupled with a lack of physical movement. In America it is way past the time to consider the emotional well being over the physical well being. We are really, really fat and it is getting much worse on a daily basis. The argument for genetics is over-used and mostly a replacement for a common mirror
