If someone doesn't agree with demonstrable fact, ie. the theory of evolution, anthropogenic climate change, gravity, etc. then their judgment is questionable at best
those are complex theories which require acceptance on FAITH (cuz you cant explain exactly how any of that shit works in detail, and there are many competing explanations among academics) are one thing, but disputing simple statements of FACT is entirely another.
the standard of evidence for an indictment is NOT "beyond a reasonable doubt", and you can see that yourself if you ever go on jury duty. thats what TRIALS are for, indictments are the basis for the trial, not the conclusion of it.
NOT espousing some wacky conspiracy theory is NOT proof of espousing said theory, and only a fool would argue that it is. that's just stupid.
