Hey weed gurus and afficianados, I figured it might be fun to discuss lighting and environmental control systems folks like to use. Maybe there's an up and coming new system worth looking into or a fancy new arduino mod worth exploring?

I’m building my own Arduino automation system. Going to track the room temps/ humidity(current, high, low, average) as well as the Nute red res(hydroponic) temps, PH and ppm. I’m a master electrician so I’m making it all so someone could just mount the box and plug in there fans, Nute pumps, lights. I’m also looking into Automatic PH control. I also am tracking all the data writing it to an SD card to make a spreadsheet to monitor the system over time. Hopefully going to sell some of then to friends as it’s legal in Canada. Can make them cheap as hell with Arduino

Doors are normally open. But that's a good idea though. I only have the veg light running right now 250w cree 3590's for now. Working on the flowering light. 4-Cxm 3000k [email protected], 4-Cxm 3500k [email protected], 4 10w 450nm, 4 10w 630nm, 6 10w 660nm, 2 10w 385nm, 1 18" reptile florescent tube and 6 10w 720nm to put them to sleep. All will be controlled via wifi. Lol...
Bro, that rig is going to kick ass, love my cxms, I only use 4, ( 2x4000k-2x3500K) and the buds are awesome. Adjust as ud like, but I have found 700-800PAR is perfect. They are more powerfull then they seem. I found anything above 800 seems to slow the tops growth some. NO BURN, just slowed growth a tad. even get great growth at 300-400PAR.

keep us posted on results bro.
