Removed it using manual guide http://fbi-moneypak.com/manual-removal-directions/
vacpurge's fix didn't worked for me. After manual removal also used hitmanpro + malwarebytess (free) to remove rootkit.

All I swear by is firefox w noscript + Adblock pro, havent had anything in years. That and staying off dodgy porn sites. Well, too dodgy
