Feed supplements

I am looking for a good feed for both veg and flower. I was using miracle grow as the feed during veg/flower but recently read that this isn't good for the plants(slow release or something).
I have looked and its a mine field. I only do two plants in a 80x80x180cm tent. Spider Farmer sf1000 light. All purpose compost. Auto flowers. I have attached a pic of current plants.
Don't know whats going on.(far right in reveg) (any feedback would be much appreciated). Don't shout at me as I'm just recovering from two recent strokes so they were sort of neglected. Also I am fairly new so still learning and picking the brains of the experienced.

I use Flora Nova the Veg and the Bloom.

I would go for an easy to use dry ammendment too, I use ecothrive life cycle when needed, just top dress the pot every month or so, certainly takes a lot of the work out of fertilising your soil. If you really wanna use bottled stuff I'd go for bio bizz grow and bloom
