@kratos015 I have read your posts on coconut water, but I see they are all on organics. Have you used it in soil-less? or know anything about its use in soil-less?
I have zero experience with soil-less grows, and only a little bit of knowledge about how it works. So, the following is speculation on my part.
Coconut water is absorbed by the roots, like most everything else. So, I'd imagine you could concoct a Coconut water mixture and use it as a drain to waste similar to any other nutrient concoction that is drained to waste.
As you're likely aware, while Coconut water does have some nutritional content in it, it isn't the focus of it's use as the nutritional content is nowhere near enough to sustain a plant on its own. The cytokines found within coconuts are why it is used, as it encourages explosive node growth while simultaneously reducing spacing between the nodes.
I don't see how it'd hurt to use Coconut water in a drain to waste situation. I don't think it'd be good to have it in the plain water reservoir, and that it's best used in a drain to waste scenario. However, I cannot speak with absolute certainty on the matter, and the above is mostly speculation on my part.
All the best.
