Hey guys-
Please let me know if this is in the wrong forum. I just didn't see a better place to find people with the knowledge and skills im needing to find. This might sound a little crazy. But, you guys as a collective, have helped me through every troubled cannabis situation vie ever been in. So I figured idea try again with the one that's really getting me this time. Ok, so here it goes....
I live in the kc area. Obviously, yall know the the situation people like us can get into in these parts, unfortunately.... Well recently, while I was working my reg job, 3 people broke into my house. I don't think they knew me personally, Cuz im very cautious of who I hang with. But, im 90% sure I know who the common factor is. Anywhoo, my nieghboor ended up calling the cops and reported seeing 3 people enter, as well as leave my house with a tote bag full of whatever. When the cops showed up, they entered and "cleared" my house. After being notified by a different neighbor about the activity, I rushed home. When I walk in, there was blue hats everywhere, walking in, out, up, down, u name it. I have dogs, so I had no choice but to walk up and deal w it. The first on scene slipped up and told me that the caller spacificly said that they watched 3 walk in, and 3 walk out. So, I kinda assumed that the cop had no reason to "clear" my house. BUt that's neither here nor there at this point. I sat down in living room and made sure to tell them,respectfully of course, that they do not have permission to be inside. When the deu detective showed, 2hrs later, there was already over a dozen officers walking through the house, moving stuff, calling the others to the basement saying "have you seen this shit yet?!!" this was hours before they ever got the warrant to search. The DEU det. Read my Miranda, then started asking me questions. Not really trying to get names. She said she was way more concerned with finding the burglars(they responsible for a rash of them in my neighborhood.) but still, I made sure i didn't admit a damn thing. Even though burglary is a more severe crime than cultivation, they seemed to drop pursuit of the burglars, and only pursue me. Didn't take any fingerprints of my door handles, ect... So, long story long. Lol... I was the only person taken into custody for my house getting burglarized!! I have some priors from over 10 years ago that is really gonna screw me.
Ive got cpl extremely good attorneys on my side. But if anyone has any info or advice I would be grateful.
Even though the attrny I have has some high hopes of getting it thrown out, im still in a world of stress. This is something that I have a unbreakable passion to pursue. But, Being that acquiring a good social network for this trade in my area is extremely hard to come by, its hard for me to judge the quality of my work. The cops couldn't hide there excitement about quality. (Thankfully they didnt get me w a crazy amount.) so, at least I know I have what it takes.
Ok. I know this is a long post. Lol. But here's to my real question. I think my attrny will be able to do me good this time. But, there's no way in hell im gonna stick around kc. Ive been trying for the past few years to move somewhere I can follow my passion without fear of persecution. I have family in golden,Co. So, that is prolly the direction im headed.
I am looking for someone who is interested in helping out a fellow enthusiast to find some work. Some work doing what I was born to do. I don't expect anybody to put there own ass on the line for me. I just need some help getting to where I belong. If anyone has any suggestions, I will be forever grateful!!!
