you must be caught with $10,000 in cash for the feds to get interested in your bank accounts and property.usualy its about 10-15 plants or 10-15 pounds of plant material for cultivation to be a felony, but check your local laws on normal.

The guns will really make it tough on ya, especially loaded....they'll use that against to say that you were prepard for a conflict w/ the police.....also guns are considered "stackers" meaning they use the "commision of a crime w/ a firearm" etc. to pile on extra felony charges.

if you got the cash for a good lawyer look up omar figueroa...excellent attorney, i beleive graduated harvard law and attended stanford... practices in ca though. if your not in ca...move here..... or to some other state where it's legal...get your prescription...stay within legal limites...and NEVER worry again...

I think I may wind up moving to cali myself one day. And as for bigger fish to fry... So true. An operation like that is sumthing local and county police would be interested in. If you've ever watched the show DEA, they are going after million dollar operations or At least in the hundreds of thousands. They make busting the big boys seem routine on their show. They seem to like the drugs, but they are REALLY after the big money.

You will get at least 5 years probably 10 just with the gun, scale, and drugs with no record at all and no proof that you were selling or anything ever left your house. And your dog winds up dead. Anyone that can afford to stick 50g's in the dirt should just use that cash to get the hell out of that state.

Shotguns dont carry the same penalty as handguns though, do they? I live in a neighborhood that's sketchy as fuck and i know for a fact that some black teenagers around here know i deal. So my shotgun stays. Id rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6. I may start keeping it in its case though under my bed instead of just leaning it up against the wall loaded. I might start growing just a handful of christmas trees to keep my plant count down too.

haveing a licence wont save you if your commiting a crime, its just as bad .gun dont mix well with anything. if your robbing a store they dont say ," hay do you have a foid card" no the same if your selling out your house or growing, guns = more time ( what part of this dont you understand ) if you get caugh growing and your housemate has a gun, that he owns, under his bed ,in his room, on the other side of the house..... its yours and you have more time added on. rather it legal or not.
Look you cant make a gun OK in the eyes of the law, when you have pounds of weed growing (atleast to them you do they dont care that each indoor plant avg. a little over an Oz and thats if your good at growing. each plant is a lb)
