No unless the plant is a herm it will still be a female. Sounds like it’s starting to grow new fresh leaves. Whatever the cultivar is it should get more leaves when it gets further along in veg.
Number of leaf blades has nothing to do with the sex of a plant.
There is no possible way to know if a plant is male or female by just looking at it unless that plant is showing sexual reproductive parts, ie balls or flowers/pistils.
No, this is wrong. A female can be stressed enough to become a hermaphrodite and grow pollen sacs, but it is still not a male. It isn't a hermaphrodite, though, unless you see pollen sacs. Why would you think that 3 bladed leaves would have anything to do with sex? Females will grow single bladed leaves during reveg...leaf structure has nothing to do with sex.

@curious2garden remember that discussion where you said maybe I was just high on good weed as most of us are when I said if it through seeds it wasn’t a herm but a chick with balls lol
This is what I meant

If you want to get really technical about what is considered a true hermaphrodite then read the following excerpt from Ed Rosenthal's book.
Ed Rosenthal said:
Although monoecious plants are often referred to as "hermaphrodites", true hermaphrodites – which are less common in Cannabis – bear staminate and pistillate structures together on individual flowers, whereas monoecious plants bear male and female flowers at different locations on the same plant.
