I have a a clone from a female plant
Well I topped it and it's putting out 3 pronged leaves
Could this plant turn into a male?

Number of leaf blades has nothing to do with the sex of a plant.I have a a clone from a female plant

No, this is wrong. A female can be stressed enough to become a hermaphrodite and grow pollen sacs, but it is still not a male. It isn't a hermaphrodite, though, unless you see pollen sacs. Why would you think that 3 bladed leaves would have anything to do with sex? Females will grow single bladed leaves during reveg...leaf structure has nothing to do with sex.I heard if it gets to stressed it will turn into a male?
@curious2garden remember that discussion where you said maybe I was just high on good weed as most of us are when I said if it through seeds it wasn’t a herm but a chick with balls lolNo, this is wrong. If you want to get really technical about what is considered a true hermaphrodite then read the following excerpt from Ed Rosenthal's book.@curious2garden remember that discussion where you said maybe I was just high on good weed as most of us are when I said if it through seeds it wasn’t a herm but a chick with balls lol
This is what I meant

Ed Rosenthal said:Although monoecious plants are often referred to as "hermaphrodites", true hermaphrodites – which are less common in Cannabis – bear staminate and pistillate structures together on individual flowers, whereas monoecious plants bear male and female flowers at different locations on the same plant.
