Female Grower Here That Needs A Lot Of Help

I dont think it was the breeder's fault. Why did you only flower them for 4 weeks then harvest? They still had another 5-6 weeks. Its the final 2-3 weeks that you see the resin on leaves ,harder buds, strong smell etc. Sorry but you harvested a bunch of white hairs, next time let them go longer ,get a bigger light and you will see a more decent weight.

you can put the pics in your thread, i have to see what your talking about. let me get this straight. you vegged, flowered grew buds all with no smell. harvested, cured and smoked and did not get high at all? is that about right? if your wondering how to upload pics, click advanced before you post, manage attachments and upload from your pc

Kidding! Sounds like you cut way too soon. 4 weeks is just when buds are forming well. The next 4 is when they swell up with the goodness!

I didnt only flower for 4 weeks not sure where you got that info i think it was more like 8 and that still doesnt exsplain why they didnt have a poetient smell they were pretty nice size buds i cut them when i started seeing some brown hairs

ill also take pics tonight of my current crop and maybe you guys can tell me if i am on the right track

if the hairs just started to turn then it was pretty soon. the hairs darken and retreat back into thir capsuls(unfertilized) when thc levels are high

lota growers harvest with trich color and hair color pecentage of +80%. hairs being orange or rust, and trichs clowdy or amber.

You guys should really read the post, she said she noticed at about a month that there was no smell or trichs but she continued on and let them grow through the rest of the flowering cycle. Then everyone else just posted the same thing after that. What is the temperature of your room? Pics would be huge

well i cut my last crop down and trashed it but my temp. was was at about 80-85 degrees ill take pics tonight of what i am currently growing ill make sure i take pics of the dirt, fertilizer and lights that im using thanks for the help lilbsdad and Hoenhiem

IME with the "white" family(widow,rhino,etc.)some individuals don't smell at all and the trichs didn't really explode till the 7/8wk. plus i always pulled my widows at a 60/40 mix cloudy /amber @ around 9.5+ wks;they were very potent and tasty at that point -hope that helped

If you did a correct dry and cure and they still have no smell and a grass taste i would is you got a bad genetic if grown from seed. Another thing is you might of had spidermites and it messed your buds up so much that your buds starts popin when you smoke it or even worse bud worms they really make your weed smell and taste like shit.

personally i just use the tiger bloom, and it calls for every other or once a week but i use it in every water(4-6days). you jus pour straight nutes? or do you mix with a gal. of water?

Sphagnum peat moss! argh! moisture control compost! argh! miracle control organic! argh! Three really bad combinations but hell those plants look good.

Well i read the thread and just want to add that when you last harvested and got no smell and no trics it was probably and normally due to overwatering and probably not enough ferts! I have had this before and it sucks.

Your plants look good but a little too spindly or tall. Green leaves and green allover so at least they are healthy. Your watering and ferts schedule seems whack for a soil grow and could do with adjusting so you get a regular wet and dry period. With all that moisture control some perlite might have been good in the soil mix. 400w, you should be flowering now at thaty height, maybe topping the to shorten and fatten them up first but i think you have a lot to discuss and work on.

i mix by the gallon first i get a gallon of water put some ph down in it to bring the ph level around 6 then as of right now i put 3 teaspoons of grow big and 2 tablespoons of big bloom and i use that ref cup worth every other day using just water in between are you guys saying thats too much also i dont know what toppin is could you tell me what and how to do it ill start flowering this weekend i didnt know you had a time limit to put your plants into flowering i thought the bigger you grew them in veg the bigger buds you would get in return thanks for all the help guys keep it comming im glad i found this sit

room temp it too high imo. 72 degrees is ideal. water, water, feed is ol standby when using soil as a medium.

Couple things. Don't put the ph down in until you've already put the nutes in. The nutes will bring the ph down some on their own. then test ph and adjust accordingly. plus 6 is a little low for soil. looking for 6.2-6.5. miracle is not the easiest soil, either. it already has time release nutes and the ph is usually low on that as well. same with the peat moss.

never grew ww, but i think it takes longer than 8 weeks more like 10+.

also don't go by the hairs, get a small scope like this one http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2179604
when the trichs turn cloudy then amber 30% or so, that's about when you harvest, depending on the type of high you're looking for, the more amber trichs the heavier the high.

you should go to the newbie section and read some of the stickys at the top of the forum.

did you do a proper cure, if you don't cure it right you can get a grassy taste and weak potency
