Female or male ( pic )

I Have 2 plants at the moment one is a deffinent male little ball clusters everywhere , and i am pretty sure this is a female , it is hard to see in the pic but where circled there is white hairs.. they have only been flowering for 5 days so far and i have em sexed already , should i rid of the male right away , and if that other is a female should i take my clone clippings now or later on ?
