Your plant looks A-OK...good job!

What medium are you using?
If you can, move your plant closer to the light (it appears to be a CFL) and you should be able to keep it only one to two inches away from the bulb...provided that you have a fan to whisk away the heat from bulb.

If your grow medium provides nutes, then you do not have to add additional ferts for a couple of weeks or so.

It was a bag of B&Q compost that said It was for seeds seedlings and flowers and had enough nutes too last 3 months

I also put In 25% perlite.
