Feminized seeds????????

Are feminized seeds 100% female, i know it sound like a stupid question because of the name feminized but i always thought there was no way of having a female for sure! also how are these feminized seeds made?

All female, assuming you don't stress your plants and cause them to become hermaphrodites.

i have no personal experience using fem seeds so I dont know if they herm much or whatnot. but i have read more good stuff then bad using fem seeds.
