Few Different Plant Problems w/ Pics

I've been spraying them with water and it keeps it around 45-50. I've seen people with way worse so I think I'll be alright...

I disagree. I've vegged plants with 15% RH and they were just fine growing very nicely. It is better to have high RH in veg but really not necessary. Your problem is not low humidity nor is it underwatering (you can tell easily - do they spring right back up when you water? if not, it's not that). It actually seems more like overwatering, but I do see that you let dry. My guess is that their roots are strangled in too small pots and they're not getting enough oxygen. Don't grow in party cups, most of the people coming to this forum with problems are using party cups. Make sure you can insert your finger into the medium, if you can't, you must transplant.
