dont scrap them thats just silly. you can still get a decent yield out of it. Fuck, I chopped my plants down two weeks early by accident, I forgot when I planted them (poor note taking) and they still dried and cured nicely and are potent as fuck...Just throwing it all away when you can at the very least have a decent amount of weight for yourself is just sillyness.

I bought 200w DIY from chilLED and I'm about to post my setup and next grow when my railings come tomorrow. I couldn't find enough credible sources for bcblondes and I've scrapped it from my list of places I'd buy from. Go with tested tried and true.
