Few random questions for you guyses

So i finally put the soil in the ground today, gunna water it and let it bake till my plants are ready to be put in the ground. So i got a few things to work out before i put the plants in the ground.
1. The pond water im using is maybe 100-150 feet away, i was just gunna fill bigass trash cans up and throw em in the truck and drive em to the plot, but after doing that with a cooler, im looking for an alternative way lol it was a terrible process. Whats the best way of gettin water from that pond to my plants? its hot as shit where i am so theyll probly need to be water twice a day.
2. I also need to be prepared for if the pond dries up, which i doubt it will but who knows. If it does, how should i go about watering my plants? my house is a couple hundred feet from the plot. Im pretty sure i cant use water that comes out of the faucet, so what should i use? is there a way that i can use that water and prepare it for being used on my plants?
3. Im germinating the seeds today, when there ready, im putting them in rockwool and letting them sit for a day in the dark, then ill probly have an 18/6 light cycle for a while. When there ready to be moved, ill put them in a gallon bag and throw them in the shade outside. Then i was told i should put them in a 5 gallon bag when their ready to be moved, then in the ground, is the 5 gallon bag necessary? Im using some king of soil that i got from a hydro store and it doesnt have any nutrients and all that shit so ive got the right soil, but if i dont have enough is there a regular soil that i can buy at home depot or something thats fine? that store is like an hour from me and if i need more and if its not a big deal id rather get it at home depot or lowes or something like that. Theres also a calloways near by.
4. Ive got a bag of bat guano and ill probably use that as fertilizer. I dont really know anything about fertilizer, but how long will it take till i need to start using it? Some people say like a few weeks, but this guide here https://www.rollitup.org/organics/510995-organic-feeding-101-a.html says right away. So should i start using the bat guano mix as soon as i put it in the ground? And in the mix, it says 2 tbsp of bat shit in 4-5 liter of water, and then to use 1 part bat poo water with 3 parts water, does that mean after ive mixed it and let it sit for a week, add 3 parts water to the mix that has been sitting for a week? And also, it says use every 2 weeks, so do i use the whole mix in 1 sitting, then make up another batch and use that again in another 2 weeks? Should i use multiple teas or just 1?
5. How will i know when its started flowering? in the guide, it has vegetative and flowering teas, im guessing that means i shouldnt use the bat shit water after it starts flowering? Hopefully i wont run into any problems with these plants because i really have zero knowledge when it comes to how to keep these plants healthy besides what ive already read. Im hoping that my soil mix and the teas i make will be fine to keep them healthy and strong.

Man if i get these questions answered, life is gunna be groovy lol thanks a lot guys and sorry for the over abundance of questions. Its just a few things ive been wondering lately.

1 set up some kind of drip system from pond to plot. If can't be gravity feed you'll need a pump or a raised Rez or run drip system straight from faucet. # 2. see answer # 1. Are you on well water ? use tap water to keep pond full. lol # 3 you better hurry up ! It's best to at least let the rock wool root in soil before going in the ground, weather it's a solo cup or 5 gallon pot. I my self would put the germed seed straight to a solo cup of soil then into the holes about the 5th node. Your soil will be strong enough what ever size pot you use until you transplant into the ground. # 4 if you bought good soil I wouldn't go putting random stuff in it without knowing what your doing or how hot your soil is all ready. You won't need to feed for at least a few weeks in new soil. You can top dress with the bat guano but others things help like kelp and alfalfa meal and in flower switch to flowering or jamaican guano. Do some reading in the organic section on bubbling teas. # 5 see # 4. you can start see flowering from the first of August at the earliest to mid August should defintly starting.

so in texas, im guessing the only time i would have to plant it when it starts getting warmer? they probably wouldnt be able to survive out when it gets cold huh? thanks for the reply! is there any website or thread that you know of that has a good how-to for the drip system? its water straight out of my pond so... dude thatl be so much tap water lol so i wont use the bat guano as fertilizer then, only as top dressing? my soil is made up of perlite, lime, kelp, bone/blood meal, earthworm castings, and soil that i bought from a place nearby (its just soil and compost)

I am not real familiar with texas or the rodents there but here is something ive learned (from experience). Any time I have planted outdoors and out in the open. If I use organic fertilizers any kind of manure, fish emulsions, guano, the raccoon, skunks opossums with dig them up and leave the plants laying to the side to get into the soil. Just something to keep in mind.

pre dig and fill your holes early and the let the local curious animals root around and figure out there is nothing for them prior to planting.

guess its good i just put it all in. Ive heard that your supposed to let the soil bake or something, so you put it in, water it, and cover it up for a few weeks? thats what i was planning on doing, but if i dont then screw watering it until i figure out that drip thing lol i meant like for future planting purposes, its already hot as satans ballsack but im just wondering for it i want to plant again. i was planning on putting out a chicken wire fence so hopefully thatl work. also, is there just an all around good fertilizer recipe or product that i can use? i dont really wanna deal with the specifics lol i dont really understand it all anyways \:

also.... im finding a lot of stuff about drip irrigation, but not about how to actually get it out of the pond and into my plants lol is there a specific name for that kind of stuff?

You'd need to use some kind of pump or siphon. Harbor Freight sells a 12V pump that can be run off of a car battery, so that's one option.

Eidt: Here's a link to the pump I'm referring to. http://www.harborfreight.com/12-volt-marine-utility-water-pump-94639.html
so just buy that and hook it up to a car battery then im good? i just wanna get this whole water thing worked out with soon lol will it be pretty obvious how to go about setting everything up after i get the pump?

Well, it's just an example. Obviously you'd want to get a rough idea of your whole setup before you buy any major components. Just remember the 7 P's of success: Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
