FFOF = Super soil?

Big bloom is chems. It will not keep a microbial life happy or healthy. It will most likely kill the population of microbes sending soil into a downwards spiral. If you want.organic you meed.to start a worm bin get a few amendments to start with abd work toward organic. Its hard to just jump to organics with no compost worm bin leaf molds etc. Can you do without sure but makes ot alot harder
Big Bloom is just an organic brewed tea. And even if it was so called chemical/synthetic it still would't harm the soil microbes if used properly. Its a myth chem/synthetic nutes kill the soil microbes.

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks from Germination, I have some heavy India phenos. The hurricane jumped right up that has the Panama Punch Mother. The unknown seed from a friend I believe is a auto, this happened to me last grow Huge buds pop can size and I started seeing hairs long before I considered turning the lights back.. and it happened again.. fine by me. Here are some up date photos. All have been topped but the auto It was FIM. The Hurricane was trained today to keep her the same height as the rest and to open her up the other two are major bushy, they look healthy and beautiful, there just not getting much Height

idk about you guys but I've went through a whole indica grow in FFOF with just epsom salts,big bloom & earth juice catalysts. Transplanting 2 weeks prior to flower really really helps if you dont use tea's. I would imagine you would need some extra amendments/bottles for sativa's though.

FF Big bloom is labeled as organic, but what the hell did they put in the bottle to preserve a worm tea that long!?

What ever they put in it, it was not acidic. I add it to a water ph of around 7.8 and it drops it about, .2 So I am not sure.

Well i haven't bought a bag in a couple years, last time i had them, it was slightly acidic right out of the bag. Lime will help bring the ph closer to 7, just add a tableapoon per gallon of soil, water it lightly and let it sit for a couple weeks before using it. Take note of what you use for pH buffers though because granular lime/dolomitic lime & oyster shell flour all have different break down time and cal/mag ratio's.

? I was refering to the Big Bloom... that is what you were talking about, let me quote: "FF Big bloom is labeled as organic, but what the hell did they put in the bottle to preserve a worm tea that long!?"

Oh thought you were talking about ffof, should have quoted that line alone. Big bloom is just "organic" worm castings, the pH shouldnt be anywhere crazy. if you made the same thing as big bloom, i dont think it would last 16 months in a cabinet like big bloom does. Most likely it has some type of preservative.

these harvested back in late April and early May.I have decided to forgo the T5's and run a HID and Hps 600 watt for this next grow. I was very happy with the quality ... however very unhappy with the quantity. I didn't even bother weighing. 5 large mason jars...

FFOF isn't organic neither is big bloom, it has preservatives in it and FFOF is known to have synthetic urea in it. It can produce great results but

Ocean Forest will give you more females than males if you plant your seeds in it due to its higher amount of nitrogen - and it'll never burn them - been using it for years and when i switched away from it, i got more males

i just use it in veg tho - not for flowering

Cervantes references it in his book.....sounds like hippie shit to me tho
My father's dad was a lifetime lumberjack. My dad is a lifetime tree expert, licensed "still", and in his mid-70's. I've been growing Cannabis for years and have done my fair share of studying in botany, and even took environmental biology in college, not to mention growing up in the woods. Never heard that one...
