Fighting mold..

So I've been fighting mold on my plants, as they are grown in the forest there's just no way I can seem to win the battle. I've tried store bought mixtures (neem oil, garlic oil, etc)... I've tried milk/water mixtures and misting the leaves.. It helps a bit, but this mold is damned persistent. It's just normal white mold.. but what I am worried about is a black mold that's slowly trying to grow on all the leaves. It looks just like toxic black mold that grows on drywall etc.. I've kept it in check, but I can't get rid of it.

Any solutions? Should I just keep holding it at bay until harvest? The neem oil, Garlic and Milk/water treatments are preventing it from going out of control, but it does continue to slowly spread. (I keep removed leaves that succumb too badly to it.)

Anyone have some advice?

Sounds like PM (Powdery Mildew) and if it is there's no way to get rid of it outdoor as it spreads quick. BUT I have it in my area and still grow outdoor. If it's bad you'll need to spray them every week to 10 days to keep it from taking.

The most effective treatment outdoor is baking soda (1/2 tspn/gallon), couple of drops of dishsoap, a few drops of vegetable oil. Mix it and let it sit for 24 hours or so. You can spray it even in flowering, just spray after sundown so they dry off before sunrise.

There is science behind the baking soda, it changes the PH on the surfaces and won't let the PM take. Only problem is it wears/washes off so you'll need to stay on top of it.

Yea the storebought solution I have contains it. It's primary ingredients are: Baking Soda, Neem Oil, Garlic Oil, Soap. This is what I've been using every 5 days or so.. It keeps it from 'taking over', but like I said the mold does slowly continue to spread. It's a pain in the ass, and making me mad. My plants were so healthy/beautiful before this scourge got to em! (Still are pretty, but when I see mold.. it's just like meh...)

The budding plants, only have mold on the leaves.. I meticulously check them every day. Haha. If any buds get mold.. I will really be pissed! Ffffffuck you mold.

If it is PM it would look something like fake snow that you use on a Xmas tree. Bud Rot on the other hand is going be inside the buds. If you happen to have bud rot that is very bad news for you, I would say just cut off the rot and try to do it as carefully as possible. Just remove all of the area that has the rot, do this surgically as the spores from the mold can easily spread from plant to plant. You will see this happening if you mess up the rot will kind of poof like a cloud, you will be able to actually see the spores flying through the air.

Next if you happen to have PM, that is a bit easier to deal with. There are many things you can use, I have literally tried everything from, Safer products, to Green Cleaner (makes buds a bit darker green in my experience ); ) many different kinds of fungicides. At the end of the day I wouldn't say anything really eliminates the PM for good, it will probably be a fight till the end but one that you will be able to manage. Anyhow I would go with onyx powdery mildew killer, it is all natural and organic, very safe for your precious little buds, and works just as well or better than anything else. Whatever you decide to use try to do it when your light is not at its most intense time, most likely ideal would be enough light to dry the plants but not so much that its direct or intense.

Yeah the problem with PM is once it takes it is very hard to stop it, you can only manage it. I also don't spray any pesticides or bottled shit on my plants as I don't trust labels and most have nasty crap I don't want to ingest. The best is prevention, indoor I spray them in veg to avoid it taking (easy to track it in from outside when every plant has it and spores are flying around) and now I'm burning sulfur in between rounds (no plants in the room) to keep it out of my indoor flower room, that works the best indoor every 4 weeks or so. Hate PM, you have no idea what it's like to manage this stuff unless it's rampant in your area #$%!

Can get granulated(powder) suffer and mix 8 ml per g in hot water(breaks down easier) then add cold water and spray. The pm thrives in lower ph, the suffer raises the leafs ph to over 7, pm does not like that on and will disappear quickly

spores are not the issue with bud rot, and no matter how surgically you remove it, your gonna get spores all over regardless. The spores need an adequate environment for the mold to grow. I find rot occurs as the preflowers begin dying off, they hold moisture creating a spot for the mold to take over, just gotta cut the rot out when it occurs, and stay vigilante on cleaning up any dead plant material beforehand
