ok, so I know a guy who has an enclosed trailer that I really want and he wants to trade me for it.
problem is that his ex is half owner or whatever, her name is on it... and she is not co operating, she moved back to the other side of the country and he no longer needs or uses this nice new trailer.
what can be done to gain the trailer in his full name, or mine?? morally or unmorally, im just curious what he could do.
what if he were to say hes abandoning it sort of thing and doesnt want it anymore, and if she wants it, she can come and get it?? which she wont. so then what?
or what if he just tried buying it out, how does that work??
nothing fishy or stolen here, its his trailer, he owns it, its paid off.. just that her name is on it too, and shes being a bitch and theyre over with and he wants to tradeit now. I dont know much about this kind of stuff.
