hello

i made this for myself since i live in a guy house ( has not been cleaned /vacummed in years )

here it goes items u need
sharp knife
silver duct tape/regural matted duct tape
booster fan 6inch
1 filter from home depot 12x12x1
1 large flat rate box from post office 12x12x5 or 7
1 can of spray rubber
1 bunch of flexie ducting

ok once u have the booster fan set it to the side make the box on one side (tape the bottom shut ) then take the booster fan or the reducer and press down in the center of the box forming a Circle ..................now carefully cut out that circle (keep what u cut out it could be used to block the part of the ducting forceing the air in a direction u want)

from there u take the box outside and spray the ruber on the inside of the box coating all the seams and edges( i did mine 2 times spray hang it for 6 hours spray it again then wait untill the morning ) ............u hang it using the flaps u are going to cut off later do not remove the flaps untill after u have done the coating with rubber

now almost done .........once it is dry u cut off those extra flaps at the top of the box ..................now u take the filter and place it at the front of the box ..............use the hole in the back to keep the filter face flush with the edges of the box...............now take duct tape and lay a strip on top so half of it is on the box then fold the other half to the filter and press tight ...........repeat this for the other 3 sides and u have made the box

should look like this

after that it is the ducting to the tent/area

u can do it 2 ways one u can add the booster fan directly to the box then add the ducting to the tent (this is what i did to mine )

the hole was prefect size the booster fan sliped in and then i taped it to the side with several peices then pulled the ducting on as far as i could taped that down and then hose clampped it

the other method u put the ducting into the box (u slip one of the wire rings in the box or 2) then open it pulling back on the ducting the ducting will seal to the box u tape it up run it out add the booster fan to suck then more ducting u can add more then one booster fan if it has alot of bends and lenght to it

this set up runs u about 75 bucks booster fan filter and the ducting are the 3 most exp things.................my tent does concave in some do to the higher sucking out force but the temp inside and the lvl of all that bad stuff(dust and smoke virus) have been reduced to almost perfect in the tent (i current run 2 600 watt and 1 2ft 8 bulb t5 in a 4x4x6 tent temps holds stead at 78 intake air is around 71 70
