Fimming/ Topping GONE Wrong!

I topped/fmmed my plants and one of the newly formed leaves side of the main grow got almost completely disconnected it's glued itself back together but is looking dead and flimsy falling over.
Should I rip off or let it try to recover?

Forgot to say the cut happened at the branch not the leave itself. But the branch was about 80 cut and barely hanging on..

Just take it off it'll grow more

snip it off mate just do a nice clean cut

nobody cares, not even the plant, carry on dont over think it you'll be fine and so will she
