final harvest slow in maturing

hey high rollers... old vet at growing.. but in need of advice.. grew clone from friend un sure of strain... im in the 14 week of flowering large flowers some 12 inches 4 inch around.. plant 5 foot all trichomes still clear.. pistils white and shades of green.. inside flowers moist .. no mold.. perfect ph and soil conditions.. lighting correct with RH and temps monitored.. but why the long flowering time? all flowers getting bigger around very few pistils turning red.. should i wait until microscope tells me to harvest, and how much longer before i should expect trichs to start to turn milky or amber.. also slow dryed and cured one at week 12 and its an excellant upper creepy facial head buzz.. could post pic if helps.. p.s. sorry 4 the long question

If you dried and cured it and it gave you a good high at 12 weeks I'd say if that's the high you're looking for, chop it, or wait for the couchlock high when trichs more amber, but not sure what your problem is if you liked the smoke.

thanks dt just wondered if i should let it get bigger because trichs are still clear some but few milky

If your starting to see cloudy trichs wait a little longer & check with scope & chop
