any patients in Macomb county area willing to drive up to 30 miles so surrounding counties are fine. two caregivers with spots open

Does anyone have an idea where to start looking for some patients if not here?

craigslist, there are other MMJ sites, some i cant mention or i might get banned. There is always the huge scam called the Michigan Medical Marijuana Association, but they suck balls, but the lower class members there are just like us, stay away from the people that run that site.
Cannabis Patients United might also get you some good information, look for a member named Malamute, he is good people.

you may have some luck w that here. just start asking around about neighboring areas. and I guess... the 'other' sites like 3mg, 3ma and NMMA. best of luck grobo.

Not to hijack the thread but I'm currently looking for a patient in the u.p.

The way I found patients was my past experience, they came to me. On the other hand, I am not looking for patients (except for a cancer patient to treat for free with RSO). I have had many people contact me and ask me to be their caregiver from a few different mmj websites. Actually, I kind of have a waiting list. The more pictures and information you put up on the websites, the higher the odds are that people will contact you to be their caregiver. The more you interact with patients at compassion club meetings, mmj events, through websites, people seeing your pictures, offering samples of your meds, etc. these things will lead to people wishing for you to be their caregiver. I am not at all saying it is easy. Hell, I have had 3000 people view my thread offering to treat a cancer patient for free with RSO and have had no replies yet! At least nobody with cancer has replied.

You could also give MichiganMMP.com a look see. It is a forum that functions like a CL replacement for MMMP transactions statewide. I've had a chance to meet a bunch of the guys and they seem pretty solid IMO
