Finicky plant but such a keeper! Help

Hey need some help with this Nepal OG cut from bodhi. She never seems to grow to her full potential but the flowers are amazing. I'm thinking it might be that she needs a lot of cal mag but just a guess. Notice the marbling, white fan leaves continue to occur even with fresh soil/uppotting. It starts at the bottom of the plant and moves upward.
