Finishing autoflower on 12/8 schedule ?

Hey guys, so my photoperiod bubba kush is outgrowing the tent . My one autoflower still needs a few weeks to finish flowering. Should I just flip the schedule to 12/8 to start my photoperiod flowering , will the autoflower mature alright at this point? Or should I just wait the extra few weeks for the auto to finish then flip ?

The auto doesn't care about hours of light, it will mature just fine (possibly a little slower). I'm assuming you meant flip to 12/12, not 12/8..
