Finishing Flowering, Harvest to Curing.

So I have a couple questions. I started flowering on March 1st, so I'm 30 days into flowering. How much longer do I have, and when I am done and cut down my little guy, what are some curing suggestions, and what appropriate steps do I need to make to do it right!

and another question, my white hairs are starting to turn a little red, is this good/bad or indifferent?

There's treachery afoot
The hairs truning red/brown are just part of the ripening process. The buds will swell and gain significant size the last 2-3 weeks of flowering. For harvest, I trim all large leaves then cut plant and hang for a week to ten days. Next I place buds in a paerbag for two to three days to handle any extra moisture. Last, I put buds in mason jars and open jars for roughly three hours a day to let extra moisture escape and prevent mold. After about a month of curing in mason jars, the buds are ready for consumption. There are several really good threads on the site about various methods of harvesting and curing. I am by no means an authority but the method I use has worked well for me. Good luck!

when you are running straight water for the last week, should it be ph balanced?
I've asked that same question and got a resounding: yes.

though if you're using RO water - not sure how you're supposed to do that without ruining your probe... hmmm.
