First auto flower grow

I've been told and read that giving autos should receive bloom nutes when all vertical height stops? I'm only 21days in ill let her go 30days see how she is doing I don't think she will be getting much nute feed though. we will see

@Fast dog the lower fan leaves are sitting in your pot, this can lead to rot on the leaves if they get soil on them or it's overly humid around the soil, which can lead to funk in the plant, it might be time to consider trimming the lower leaves to avoid that and get the plant to focus a little on it's upper growth

Can this be done to auto flowers or will it slow they're growth as they're a quick plant and can't really be doing with slowed growth? I have some lower leaves touching soil also but I tucked them up just enough to be free. Cutting would be easier if it won't slow her down any though?

good point, I haven't grown auto's and I'm assuming it's similar to regulars in it's veg cycle
For example when you remove growth the plant is still sending nutes & hormones up the plant for 4 leaves but now it's got 3, those still go to the 3 that are left which will bulk up a little more etc. what you will loose is the nutes etc. stored in that leaf, with that I would assume risking stunting growth because of loosing lower leaves would be better than the risk of infection etc.
That's a whole lot of should maybes & assumptions, so you maybe better of waiting for an auto-grower to come in saying "don't list to him, he's a madman" or something

Sorry I haven't been back to update been so busy at work anyway I'm on day 37 now and had to get a bigger tent and add another light all plants are 2ft and one is slightly larger there looking ok have started to bud now so hopefully they should start getting fat

I think you should trim the leaves that are dying and try to figure out what is causing that. Otherwise looks ok. Disclaimer: I don't know shit.

Just burning your leaves with your nutrient solution PROBABLY. Is your water getting in the lower leaves alot? Id let them start to yellow and die and pull em, just a couple every day or every other day

I've been going really easy on Nutes never going over 1/4 strength and I'm using organic so I don't think it's that after a big of digging around I think it may be a boron def due to very low humidity it was affecting new growth with burnt tips and eventually killing the leaf and larger spots on the older leaves I must now 3 times a day and don't let my pots get so dry hopefully it'll sort it

Im not saying your soil is hot im saying your plants are burning from the water before it hits the soil ie your feeding water is splashing on your lower foliage causing it to yellow and rot. Just a simple thing to check before you go ham trying to fix a problem that isnt there. You obviously know more about your situation tho so go with your gut

Misting much in flower can cause bud rot. Be very careful to let them dry quickly and completely. I know this because I did it wrong myself.

@Fast dog IMO the leaf damage is heat related but I could be wrong, from the newer growth I think that's a past issue, get rid of the brown crispy bits, they'll just shed on the healthy parts underneath, then just wait till the green is more gone and snip the leaf off
you might be a little too close to the edge of the tent it's hard to tell in the pics, are they central in the tent relative to the light?
@Snakefeet looks lovely, maybe look at tying them back a little or LST next time to increase the surface area of the canopy, you should get slightly fatter buds and more bud sites, if your tent allows for it. I still think the lower leaves could go but in the absence of advice from a auto-grower may be best left alone
