It can be a little hot for the first week or 2 after being repotted, if it is a plant that doesn't respond well to heavily nuted soil to begin with you can cut the all-mix with lite-mix or use all mix at the bottom and edge and lite mix around where the plant will go in to act as a buffer because it will take time for the roots to push in to that soil, giving the rest of the plant the time it needs to mature in to needing the extra nutes
depends on the plant you're doing, I've been reading about plants like Auto Critical Jack Herrer should go straight in to a 7l+ pot where as auto sugar mango handles being re-potted very well and will benefit from a little root binding
