I use my finger to check water levels too. If its dry up to my middle joint on my index, i water them. Thanks for the compliment too. Im happy to help if you need anything
Autos aren't easy. I would say photos are a little easier. I started with autos though. Just not you can only do one transplant which can make it easier to overwater, as well as if you fuck up at all, that will stunt your baby and prevent it from reaching full potential. Photos can take a couple fuck ups and not be greatly affected since they have longer grow times.
