First Auto Grow

Hello everybody! Its my first post here to R.I.U. I'm new to auto flowering but have grown before. I am proud to tell you that I have been doing some reading and have decided to start an indoor "OP" with a 400w mh/hps and using seeds from "tude". I got sweet seeds fast bud, big devil and sagarmatha seeds Smurfberry. All are feminized or so they say. Just put them in to crack today and cant control my excitement. I plan on using 5gal pots and a 20/4 cycle all the way threw. I am open to any helpful hints/tips and hope you all have a great holiday and burn a :joint: or :joint::joint: extra for me.

Nice. I want to produce the maximum that these autos can. How is the royal doing in that small of a pot?

It's a 60 day strain so I figured it wouldn't get too big. It's at about 8 inches. I have pics in my signature. Autos wouldn't need anything over 3 gallons I've read but if you have some of the 9-10 week strains I suppose it wouldn't hurt.

It was in a CFL Rubbermaid and in that small pot for size reasons. I decided not to transplant.

Dam. What kind of weight are you getting per plant? I checked out that tent grow in your sig. They look healthy n nice but super short. I would like to see at least an oz a plant and maybe twelve to twenty inchs tall. Do you think that is out of the question or a very achevable goal?

With a 400 HPS and a five gallon pot that sounds perfectly reasonable. I haven't grown an auto before, this is my first run but I'd expect to get at least a quarter off the Dwarf, hopefully a half ounce of the Chronic Ryder. Don't top your plant, I did it to a Lowryder for shits and giggles but it's not recommended.

hey this is my first grow and im growin auto northern lights and some northern light blue. they are 32days old from seed. they are about 7in tall and showing flowering properties. they are in two gallon pots under four 4ft flouresecnt grow lights. What yall think? am i on the right track?

Ya. from what your saying the autos should be starting the flower phase 21-28days so 32 days is not far off. any pics? i

Can someone advise me? ... I have always been interested at having a go at auto's for personal use, but I've have heard the high is dulled down by the ruderelis?

The difference is marginal. Photo period plants are more potent, but this does not mean that auto's are not still amazing. People who smoked the weed i grow, never noticed the switch from photo period to auto trees.

I decided it was time to get the light hung up and get them in dirt. Got sum pics of the room in its current state. I hope they pop out of the dirt as fast as they cracked open.

Hello....Hope everybody had a merry Christmas and plan on getting really fucked up on new years!!! Any ways my cats invaded my room and ate my babies. So back at square one we restarted w/ the same three species as b4 . Day six or seven up out of the ground so i figured i would share the excitement.

Looking good bro. 5 gallon should give ya 2 oz per plant or more. Just be very careful on your nutrients go light lol. Start at 1/4 strenghth and work up. Usually all they need is about 1/2 strenghth feeding.

Just wanted to update you guys. Day 31 today - the FB is officially in flower mode, the big devil is plumping nicely and the two smurfs are dragging a little behind.
