first bagseed grow

Well i started my first bagseed grow about a month ago. Its just one plant and its in fairly large pot. Im just using some old soil i found that i was using a while back. The plant is about 18 inches tall and it seems like the leaves arent getting to full yet. This plant is coming from a schwag seed and im wanting to do everything i can to make it good smokable weed hoping it will be a female.

What kind of suggestions do yall have... should i transplant it into better, mixed soil.
Should i try to feed it with some source of nitrogen?

here are some pictures... i was mistakin its only about 12 inches tall

nothing as of now... would some all purpose miracle grow work???... it has 20% nitrogen in it... how often and how much should i feed this one plant?
