If that box is just for starting seedlings, depending on how long you plan of keeping them in there, i would say you will not need any carbon filter.
And what kevin temp are the CFL's?

If you get 3 or 4 cheap 2 bulb bathroom fixtures, you can put splitters in a few and mount to the sides up about halfway, and start with your plants sitting on a box or something to keep them close, and as they grow, just change out whatever is underneath to shorter ones, that way you don't have to keep moving the lights.
Something like this.

I agree with earlier though, I also don't think you'll need to worry about smell TOO much if you're just going to veg in there.
For bulbs, I used 5000k and 2700k for mine.

Heres mine and I have two pc fans. 3 26 watt cfl I recently took the bulb out of the white holder on right cause I got a new sprout of og. I don t think you need more light because I grew pretty nice buds on a LST 11 inch plant with 2 13 watt cfl.

I would use something white on the walls because you will get hotspots on your leaves. I love your incognito setup though

Computer fans should be fine. Put the fan pushing air on the bottom of grow and the exhaust at the top on opposite side. Even in my new grow box that is taller this still provides enough air flow. You don't want to blow your leaves offNice
. I haven't had a dank smelling plant...yet... but your grow is probably not going to be big enough to stink up the whole neighborhood.yeah, since your using the speaker box.
like i said earlier, paint the inner walls white. who cares what paint you use. white is white.
you can pick up 2 pc fans from any computer repair shop for 5$ or even free,
install one on one side of the box rotating clockwise,,
the other one on other side of the boxing rotating the other way.
that way, one fan brings in clean air while the other sends it out.
your lucky, i wanted to try the pc fan idea long time ago when i first started.
sadly, i didnt have any rooms/containers small enough.

they have no right to intrude, they can only complain.
complains can only lead to warnings,
warnings can lead to withdrawal or search with warrant ON NOTICE ( 30 day minimum) in worst case situtations.

Actually went to one and got a couple for free but trying to keep one of my roommates from smelling it... she apparently has a problem.with it, she's says that it's horrible for people and against what she believes in (drinks at min a 6 pack a night and pops xanax like candy) but thinking about upgrading the fans soon to something that is not as loud
