First build, few questions on COBs.

A little off topic, but the first grow light i bought was a knock off Mars blue and red light. I opened it a while ago to get my feet with in Led's, didn't want to start my kit without ever playing with cheaper parts. I bought lights for it but after making my kit i see that i need COB holders. So here's my question, how do know if an Ideal holder will fit my COB?
The two COB's are L2C5-27801204E1300 and LEMWM18780GG10AA they probably suck i know but, the drivers in this wanna be Mars suck.
 
Call or email Future Lighting Solutions to see what they recommend. They carry both cobs. They're essentially 36v cobs. The first is a 2700K 450mA cob, the second is a 5700K 960mA cob.

I've emailed them but still waiting. I want to triple check something if i can, I want to have a wire with a ring terminal coming from the "ground wago" lets call it screwed into my frame somewhere? So just in case any wires loosen overtime.
