Generally the first 2 weeks of flower. However, you are using lower output bulbs, so it generally will slow the process of bud development down a bit (due to the lack of intensity of the cfl). You are also not using the appropriate photoperiod. It should be on 12/12 (12 on and 12 off). I usually like to do a day of darkness before I make the switch to 12/12, just so that the plants know that flower is comin!! Hope this helps. -Cheif

how close do you have your bulbs to your plants? you can put them as close as two inches if you haven't yet for more light penetration, that will help!

I would change that light schedule.plants need the 12 hrs. Of complete darkness to flower.usually it takes about 3 wks after switching to 12/12 to see the sex of the plant.if you do keep your Cfl's i close proximity to the plant(s) be sure to keep a fan blowing at the bulbs ad some cfls tend to get pretty hot.good luck bro

Actually it depends on strain. My experience is that plants show depending on maturity. If they've vegged long enough (6-8 weeks) they will show before the 12/12 switch. But they usually show within a week or two if mature enough...otherwise it could take longer.

I start out at 14/10 and then start dropping by a half hour ever ten days or so. By the end of my rotations I am down to around 10.5 to 10 hours on.

A rule of thumb, I have seen to make sense is 12/12 for Sativa's and 11on/13 for Indica's.

Lower intensity doesn't slow down growth it just produces less.

2 inches is cutting it real close without air blowing around. Most of a cfl's wattage [>60%] is produced as heat watts and not actually PAR watts.
