first cfl grow with bag seed

hi every body. i am going to be doing a grow with cfls. this is my nd time groing with cfls. but the first time ended in disaster. so i am hoping it dosent this time. i am 4 dayse in and she is looking great. the grow room i am ussing is a closet that is about 46.5"long, 16.5"wide, and about 4' tall. i am using schultz african violet poting soil. i have nutes for flowering with ph of 55 and nutes for veg with a N of 35. iam curintly watering my baby with the veg stuf (cant remember the name) every week. i am watering her every 3 day. my lights are.

3-24w soft white
1-11w soft white
5-13w warm white
