Thanks everyone for the input, the blue widow seeds is ready for soil but i have some errands to go run, when i get back i will pot it and post some pics thanks everyone again!

Not much to update today, the am letting the widow seed germ for another 12 hours before potting it.
Here are a few updated pics of my other plants in the room.
They started as experiments but i am actually really looking forward to trying some good schwagg instead of that seedy brick shit.
They are ready to be flowered but due to the Moby Dick plant being on 24/7 lighting i can't flower them at the moment. I am building a rubber made tote veg container for my vegging plants so i can get some flowering.
Pics will be posted the whole way

Well This morning i checked on the blue widow, which i was going to seed today. The seed has pretty much stopped from what it looks like. the taproot has cracked the shell and is about a MM out. I'm wondering if me opening the bag to check on them is having a negative affect.
What do you guys think i should do? Leave it in the bag to germ for another day or two, or just pot it 1/8 of an inch deep in soil and cross my fingers? I have had luck from starting seeds that way.
My camera is only 3.2 pixels so i have to position in perfectly to get the best pic i can. I will keep trying to get a visible one.

Personally, I prefer germinating seeds directly in the soil, as it would happen in nature. I just stick it 1/4 to 1/2 inch down and cover the top with soil. I then water slowly (but thoroughly...don't want any air pockets/dry spots) and keep the top of the soil moist by misting as it begins to dry out. Usually takes 3-4 days to sprout the cotyledon leaves.
I like this method because you don't mess with checking the taproot and there is no unnecessary handling of the delicate germinated seeds. You just plant the seed and keep it moist.
The only advantage I can think of for the paper towel/glass of water/whatever method is that you can identify which seeds are viable and will germinate and which ones are duds. But if you are using fresh seeds (and quality genetics purchased through seed banks are typically fresh enough) you shouldn't have any problem at all.

Yeah i am just about out of seeds, so i want to be extra careful with this one, it cracked open in 11 hours, but since then the tap root is just sitting there inside the cracked shell, i am debating on putting it in soil now. What do you think jerry?

Well I think i may have jumped the gun on the Blue Widow seed, although it cracked open in 11 hours the taproot is just sitting inside of it. There has been no change in the last 24 hours.
I decided to throw it in a small cup full of soil and placed it in my green-house window to get some good heat and sunlight going. Cross your fingers!!
The Moby Dick is now 14 days old and going strong.

I think its a dud, anyways i am germing another Moby Dick seed. Rather have it growing then sitting in a bag. I took some updated pics of the other plants from the top view.
The bottom leafs on the moby dick plant are starting to turn a bit yellowish. Any thoughts on why this might be? It is only 16 days old.
The leafs that are yellowing are directly beneath a bigger set of fan leafs, i'm thinking that this might be the problem. The light is not able to penetrate the bigger leads to get the those smaller ones. If she needs nutes i already have them but after only 2 weeks i don;t think she should have used up all of the nutes in the miracle grow soil i used.

I was alittle rough with them today and a few tops snapped. I took pics to see what everyone thinks. Also i took a pic of what i believe to be a female preflower. If someone could take a look and tell me what you think i will give ya some rep. Also there are a few random shots of some tops.

The upper fan leafs are starting to curl and the bottom leafs are going yellow. I have not watered them today because i think it might be a bit of overwattering. Take a look and tell me what you think. I will give ya some rep for the help.
I planted it in MJ soil which is supposed to support the plant for 3 months. It usually lasts about 1 - 1 1/2 months for me. But this time it has only been 17 days so i'm not sure why it is going yellow.
The top is bent for a reason that is non related : )

dont worry bout those bottom leafs they will turn yellow and as for the curling i have a couple that curl and have had 1 that the leafs started to curl into a funnel and it turned out fine!!i think it all depends on the strain! thats just what i think lookin good to me keep it up

I let the plant dry out for a few days and it seems to have recovered. There is alot of new growth that can be seen on it. Of course since i fixed one problem another one is bound to happen. There is a wierd looking something coming up in the middle of the leafs. I took a few shots, see if you can tell me what it is.
