First Cupboard/Cabinet Grow Box

Okay, I just completed it today, and I wanted to run it through you guys to see if it's adequate. The cupboard is 2.5' wide, and 2.5' tall, and 1' deep. I have three plants in gallon pots: Trainwreck, Pineapple Express, and Bubblicious (all clones). I bough 4 clamp lights, and took off the reflector (for space) and ran the lights through a combo of eyed screw things and zip ties. The four lights are some CFLs I picked up at Lowe's. They are 23 watt (100 watt equivalent)/1600 Lumen bulbs. Is this light good enough? My fear is it's too much light for the space, but then again, I read that it's very hard to give them too much light. I put a thermometer in there, and have been monitoring it, to see what my options are with things like venitlation...and to make sure the lights didn't overheat the box. When closed completely for 2 hours, the temp only got up to 88 degrees. When I crack the doors open just slightly (a finger width), it seemed to be enough to regulate the temperature, with the temp in there holding steady at 78-80 degrees. I figure for air flow, I can put a clamp fan in there somewhere.

I included a pic below...does this look okay?

yeah definately no such thing as too much light unless that light is to hot for the space, you might want to try getting the temps down a few degrees, computer fan outlet might be a good shout? and keep the door cracked when you can as long as light pollution in dark phases isn't going to be a problem!

try and smooth out that nice shiny shiny you have as a lining as well, folds and creases create hotspots which might be all the difference when that hotspot is on your prime buds!

Peace

82-85 F is perfect I.M.O. - add a fan or 3 and many more lights keeping that temp range (with doors closed.) goodluck

Yeahh that sounds right, don't let it get above 85 man, it's not good for em unless they are mandala seeds that like really hot climes

Thanks! Someone from grasscity also helped me out by saying tht my strains are tall growers so in order to take them thru flowering in this box that I'll have to start switching light on them soon. And he suggested LST to give me
More yield out of the space. I'll be doing that as well
