@ginwilly it's not personal for me. If I felt like republicans represented my interests, I'd support them. Since I don't feel like they do, (putting it mildly), I point out where I think their party is failing.
I do the same for all other political parties as well, so I'm not playing favorites.

Hard to pinpoint when it aaalllll started, but when we decided putting mentally ill in homes was cruel and put them out on the street instead, it definitely hurt.
Think of the way Vietnam vets were looked at and treated in this country. They were spit on when returned, demonized and call baby killers, shunned by most government programs.
It's a top heavy bloated system under dem rule, it's a top heavy bloated system under pub rule.
Why it's so important for people to make it out to be republicans fault is funny to me, but also sad, nothing will get done that way.

But you pointed out something that wasn't even in the ballpark of true and went partisan instead. You talked about the pubs slashing funding as to what is wrong with the system when the truth is funding has tripled.
So yeah, that's called hackery.
I understand not supporting the gop though, it's a broken entity and needs to go away and come back as something resembling their actual platform.
The fact they suck has little to do with the fact that the VA system sucks. Because the dems suck too. They are getting their war on and increasing wealth disparity in this country at a pretty damn impressive rate.
I think people get caught up in what these "leaders" say, and not what they do. There is no way the shit you have said on the last page came from your head, it's just rhetoric repeated by sheep.

i was born into "lender of last resort privilege" but dont rely on it......kind of like how some people where born black, but dont let that hold them back.........everyone in america was born into the lender of last resport privilege, few will acknowledge it though.

I'm not the one making the claim of budget cuts while tripling the actual numbers and then blaming one party for something that isn't happening.
Spending is not what's wrong with our VA system. A political party is not what's wrong with the VA system. Hack away though and pretend you are not, it works for ya.
