So here is some pics of some things for the grow

Sweet...hope u got good ventilation...cuz the heat and humidity is gonna SUUUUUUUUCK...do u have cooling system for resivor? How big is ur resivor? I'm on bored...this might get interesting....u gunna do a bennifital tea?? Or u gonna go with the more controversial h2o2 way....which I love by the way...lol

So here more things i picked up today.I also ordered a 12 t5 bulb system it will be here on friday.It hold 12 4foot bulbs.

No resivor.once they are sexed the girls will be moved to 10 gal buckets for flowering.
Yes i do have good ventilation.

I would like everybody to know i will be updating everyday so please follow along because through out the grow i will need some advice from some of you more experienced hydro growers.I did and still do my homework and spent 100's of hours reading but would like advice too.

Lost one baby last night.It didnt look right so i took a closer look .It looked like when it popped out of its shell it broke off one ot its first round leave so i ditched it.I started to germinate 3 more seeds.

This is day 3 for rest of the babies

More stuff came in today.my ph and ppm meters and the solution.

For some reason the roots from the seedlings never grow into the rapid rooter plugs.I noticed they stopped growing.So i ditched them and started over.this time im starting them in soil (no plugs) and i will just wash the soil away befor i put them in the buckets.

It never ends.lol I pick up more stuff today.
I figured i keep posting pichures of things im getting as i prepare for this grow it will help a newbie out.So they see what they will need.

nice setup you got going man, i had that cool star plus reflector myself for a couple years,Best tube style reflector imo. Though i recently switched to a silverstar 4XL hood. anywho i'm subbed! good luck! oh and if you had probs with those rapid rooter plugs, try 1 or 3 inch rockwool cubes to start'em in, they never fail me.

Thanks for subbing WildBud.im going to try too wash the soil away just being carefull not to hurt the roots..I think they be ok doing it this way but if that doesnt work then i will give those rookwool cubs a shot.

I'm sure you'll be ok, i've chopped roots off of my clones and apart from a day or two of shock they bounced back without issue, weeds a pretty hearty plant. Are your seeds feminized or do you need to sex them? What strains you running? Oh and why did ya get them T5's if you have a switchable MH/HPS ballast? wouldn't just buying a 1000w MH bulb and veg them under that been better/easier?

Little update- these fuckin seeds have been a nightmre to germ.my buddy gave me these seeds and i think there old and hiddin outside in a shed so rather deal with this shit im ordering seeds from sea of seeds.not sure what strain to get yet but made a list of some i strains i would like to grow and will start a thread in hydroponics asking wich one you guys would get and what ever strain you guys like the most i will order.but while im waiting on seeds here is a couple of buckets i plan on using for before the plants get scroged.these buckets hold 10 gal water and lots of room for the roots.Each bucket will have 4 airstones.......lots of air

Sorry to hear about yer seeds dude, How are your germinating them? I usually soak them over night in a shot glass of filtered tap water, then put them on a plate with 2 layers of wet paper towels, put the seeds on that, then add 2 more layers of wet paper towels ontop. Wrap the plate in plastic wrap so the paper towels don't dry out, and put the plate in a dark spot till the tap roots show. usually about 3-6 days. then put them into 3' rockwool cubes pre-soaked over night in 5.6 PH'd water with a bit of superthrive or roots 66 mixed into the water i soaked them in. Put those in a humidity dome under a 125w cfl, but any T5's will do. They stay in the dome till they are ready to be put into my system(or pots), usually by the 2nd or 3rd set of real leaves.

If your looking for good strains Next Generations Grape God looks really nice and is what i'm going to be growing after my next batch of Brain storm. Dutch Passion's Mazar is excellent, i've grown it many times and is easy to grow, plants stay short, nice smell, very smooth smoke, awesome bag appeal, and the potency is high. Then there's the classics, Skunk#1, Northern lights, White widow to name a few. I've grown them all and their all great strains.

Ya i soaked them and when they sank to the bottom of the glass i put em in wet but not dripping wet paper towels in a sealed contianer on a seed heating pad.im doing everything right just seeds suck.But i will check out Mazar.thanks

If seeds aren't stored right they don't have a great shelf life, i keep mine in my fridge. Mazar is awesome, probably my fav strain. Though after looking at this journal dudes grapegod journal, https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/546598-grape-god-grow-journal.html and hearing so many other good reviews i decided to buy some and give them a shot.. I generally stick to older strains, they tend to be more stable. You gonna do femmed seeds or sex out regular ones?
