Grow 7-9-5 - 1/8 TSP per/ Gal
Mag-Pro 2-15-4 - 1/16 TSP per/ Gal

Is the fan blowing directly at plants? No, blowing across light
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Distilled water, SOFT?

What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Distilled Water
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives? 2ppm
Are you using water from a water softener? NO
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched Yes dead yellow leaves have been pinched
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? NO
Are plant's infected with pest's NO

Every since transplant the leaves have been turning yellow. This is the plants on the First day:

The first day I over watered the plants, then I lowered the water level in order to dry out the pants.

After they dryed out I raised level and they continued to have yellow drooping leaves. I did a full flush for 3 days with pure dislilled water, becuase I thought I had nute burn/lockout.

After 3 days I added 50ppm nutrients which is about 15% strength of Dyna Gro's recommended formula for non-recirculation system in first week of grow.
The roots continued to grow but they leaves continued to shrivel and turn yellow. This is how they looked at about day 8:

Left that for 1 day then raised nutes to 50% strength.
This is how they look today after day 13:

Any help please these things look like they are dying.

I don't do dwc but it looks like your overwatering, your lights are too close for the stage your at, and you need to feed them more food. I don't know if your using tap or RO water to suggest anything on food.

I grow hydro but not DWC, so please take my advice lightly, maybe even wait for an more experienced members opinion.
After reading your conditions, everything seems right with the exception of your feeding.
I transplant clones into their hyrdo setup at which point I begin a light feeding regiment
. I typically run ppm of about 400-500 at transplant and increase that as the plants become bigger paying close attention to the plants color for indication of needing to increase food (usually increasing around 50-100 PPM at a time).
Secondly, do not prune thoose yellow leaves, Your plants are using the nutrients in the leaf as it dies, removing them without fixing the issue with force them to use sacrifice other leaves. Plus pruning always stunts/stresses your babies.

And as far as your roots, Air contact is not bad, what is bad is light, which would kill the roots. Running DWC as long as you have good oxygen levels in your water (Good Airstone (I like to throw a small aquarium 100gph pump in there too to stir things up without the heat generated by bigger pumps)) you should be dandy. I recommend using a that eliminates root rot, I use two different products but they work epically in keeping my roots white as snow, Powerzyme and Root excelerator, Kinda over doing it but I use it as needed.
You could use h2o2, or at least when you go to clean out system the last day before you change your rez but I prefer not to as I use mad mycrobes and shiznat.

Overwatering a DWC= Deep Water Culture... <<<----- You grow in water....:dunce:
Is it possible?

After 13 days your root base should be a lot more established than it is already. Also you said your humidity is between 20-60 well 60 will be ok could really do with 65 70 while there still young but no way should it drop to 20. The pictures make it look as though they are under fed to me and very close to dying.
I would always do cuttings in a aeroponic propagator if i was to go into deep water culture just because rockwool stays wet for a long time and if your rockwool is soaked in the middle of those clay balls then you will have lazy roots
One of your pictures shows roots coming through now hopefully they will start to put work in and maybe your plant will make a recovery. I would suggest a good rootin hormone and somthing to help withnthe stress. I have a product called vita-link bio plus and its great for roots and stress plant, it is a bateria based benificial microbe but im not sure what products you use in US.

I'm a DWC vet and i have not had this happen at any point other than as they were developing roots in my cloner. Ounce they had roots off they went as normal. Not always but a few strains. Could be establishing a suitable root system for "SCURS". Self Contained Underwater Root System.

I used to grow outdoors as a teenager, grew DWC in college one year, about 15 years ago on a limited budget (not enough lights) low yield. I just started my first DWC with the right budget about 4 weeks ago.

So... take this with a grain of salt....

It doesn't look like they're dying necessarily. What it looks like to me is they got too much water and those bottom leaves felt the bulk of it and you caught it in time. I'm not sure if I would have flushed them. From what I've seen, nute burn makes the tip of the fingers of the leaves start to brown and move up the finger then they start to curl down (I once dumped a whole bag of red rooster on top of a 5 gallon bucket).

Your new growth looks fine, and they may just have got water logged from the transplant. I'd leave them on there. They could be a good indicator of a correction that is working. That new growth looks great though (on more than half of them).

Do you have a wick in the buckets pulling the water solution up, or are you at a certain water level over the bottom of the buckets?

are you positive the clones are all well established, ie: rooting?

perhaps i take bigger clones, but when you say 6inches, im thinking something i just cloned, and it hasnt really started growing yet. either way, how are the roots? you want 0 growth for the first week or 2 after cloning, and LOTS of root growth.

when my clones get stupid, i turn their lights off. that will push root growth and not leaf growth.

otherwise, once your sure they have roots, push some nutes and more light. let humidity start coming down.

I'm having an issue with mine starting to shrivel. Roots protruding through roto rooter a air roots good suspended a few inches above the water don't know what to do. Using general hydroponics 3 part following feed schedule on light feeding schedule now using to water ph is 5.8 led only on half power suspended 36" spiderfarmer sf4000 growit hydroton humidity 50% temp 80. Deg.germination went well transfered to dwc when roots started coming through roto rooter. Could not make my own thread waiting in admin approval need help today hope someone sees this. These are all Autoflowers different strains
