So far I got 2 good phenos. They started flower 1 week ago and so far are doing well. I noticed my femi kush has waaaaay bigger pistils and it's a week behind. It seems like it grows fast and hits maturity a little slower. From what I have read once it goes full flower mode it really packs on weight quickly.

I'll pull out my giant amazon woman DQ once the lights are on and show you a side by side with the biggest strawberry kush. Also I'll show the pistils too since the kush has hairs almost an inch long and the dq that's a week older has just tiny little pubes.

Here's yesterday's trim up. I have a headband on them for now but will be attaching metal wire fencing to the buckets as support. It's a scrog but each bucket has their own so I can still move the plants around during flower. I will eventually train them into the holes in the fencing to get some nice even spacing for airflow. I have environmental mildew so airflow is the most important thing for me as I cannot avoid spores.

They will not be so crowded once I get the girdles of them. I pruned them so the have about 5-7 main branches each and I intend on lollipoping so they are just 7 (hopefully) giant kolas each. No popcorn here just big full, solid buds only. That's the goal anyway. Its looking like I might pull it off. I'm going to add the 600 watt also once those jillybeans finish in hopefully 3 weeks. 1600 watts in a 6x5 should do the trick I think.

Also apparently the light caused the leaves to curl. They are still green but all dry. Very odd considering I have not moved the ligjt and they haven't gotten any taller. That will probably fuck me over on my yield but I'm not butt hurt. Just some stuff to smoke. Still decently chron.

So I decided for space sake to give them all screens on one side like the jillybeans. Well all but the 3 in the middle, which get screens today. This allows better light distribution as well as less crowding as you can see by the distance between buckets. Once the jillybean finish in going to hang the 600 watt hps in the tent. Just bare bulb style. Should be a good supplement with the semi vertical grow set up. I'll have a better pic once lights are on today.

Alright guys... I got her switched to vertical status. They did not start with this intended growing style but the took to the screen pretty well already. Growing lots of flower nodes. I think these nugs will be thick. I'm guessing they grow to 3-4 inches thick. Time will tell. Anyway pics!

This seems to be going well. The Dairy Queen is a fucking beast... and my hands smell so good when I get done moving her limbs around. Most of the plants have started drinking a gallon or two a day and just sucking down the nutes (800 ppm per day and I start them with 1600ppm) . The pictured dq branch has grown 8 inches in 3 days and is starting to form very tight nodes. The kush are not growing as tall as quickly but the nodes are right on top of each other so I suspect they will get way fat and not so long.
