First ever Hydro Journal (Flood & Drain)

Hey fellow growers. I am embarking on my first grow away from soil. The strain im growing is either Green Love Potion or Snowbud.

This is the mother plant. Believe it or not I took 13 clones from her about 9 days after this pic and at this point she had 11 or more nodes @ 10 inches tall.

Im growing in a 4x4 table with vitalink hydroton. Im have 2 600W MH lamps one aircooled and one parabolic. My water is RO the PPM is too low for my truncheon too read which is good.

Ive been using Plant Magic CalMag since transplanting on the 02/09/14 but wont use anymore after my second rez change. Also GH Flora Series with with GH Diamond Nectar. Since my second rez change today ive also started using Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin. I also added hydrogen peroxide to my nutes at 3% (no signs of root rot).

My temps have been 29.4C at canopy continually. I bought an AC but will return as temps are falling and are now aroumd 28-29. My rez temps were 22C but are now 20.5C and PH is 5.7 with PPM at 1050 7 scale. RH ranges from 48-51%.

Clones took between 10-12 days to root and my strike rate was 100% not bad for my first attempt. Had some yellowing whilst cloning but at present all are green with leaves pointing up.

13/09/14 Vegative growth seems alot faster than anything ive done in soil. I am planning on vegging for 3 weeks and because I dont want growthtunted by topping ive decided to do a SCROG. Im watering every 4 hours. I tried every 3 but the leaves weren't pointing up like with the 4 hour intervals so have decided on that.

Also the stems of the fan leaves are purpling a touch so Ive foliar fed with a Calmag solutions of 0.25ml per litre applying once a day since yesterday.

Today is week 2 since transplant. Day after tomorrow I add the screen. Im going to flush the system before that. With this rate of grow hopefully I can flip on the 23/09/14.
Would like to know anybodies thoughts as this is my first hydro grow.
