first grow, 100% fem snow white t5ho

Since I added the cfls there has been a great amount of growth on the lower sites. Too much that it was tempting , last night I snipped a small amount from a lower site and dried it in a coffee maker. It had a real pine smell to it, and wasn't very harsh, but the high was real cerebral with a slight body feeling and it crept on and seemed like there was no peak to it.

I am extremely impressed, and cannot wait until it is fully matured and cured properly. I checked the snipped piece under the scope and there were barely any milky trichs so it was not mature at all, not too long now.

I also have transplanted the 5 clones along with the Super Lemon Haze that I planted. I had to settle for smaller pots this time but they fit better. I think this time around I will be focusing a lot of time on even canopy growth and adding cfls maybe in both veg and flower to get the lower sites to explode.

kerosene lamp cool tube? whats that look like and how much was it to make! im very interested any one have a link for a DIY?

Well the cooltube is made up of a $8 hurricane glass from Hobby Lobby, The glass is what they use on kerosene lamps. Then some a/c reducers and collars, some flexi-duct and a fan.

It was not very hard to do, my only problem was HTG ballast do not have a way to disconnect the power cable from the bulb, but if you take apart the socket and rewire it through the flexiduct then you should be fine.

the main cola and some of the upper sites on the shorty plant were ready for harvest today. Not good pics, will have better ones when i trim more, but chopped them and strung them up in a box for drying. Got a little over 2 oz wet, but there are still some more sites on the plant that are finishing up.

alright man, Ill get you some better ones tomorrow. Last night a few more sites go the chop, still not one plant has been fully chopped, just taking buds as they are ready. We're up to over 200g wet now

thanks for those close ups. is that just a high speed fan that u have on the one side. i think i have the same one. its got 3 settings on it and tilts right? just blows air through the bulb and out the ducting i presume. looks like i have what my cool tube is going to look like!

oh yeah and those buds look amazing! i wanna know the final weight when ur all done drying them!
