One looks like it has a deficiency with the leaves all speckled ..are you treating it

I am treating it for the past week now, I just recently received my trace elements and calcium, and today I received my PH meter, previously I'll sample the tab water and take it to my work where the lab tested the PH and conductivity and this process I couldn't do every time, but now that I have my PH meter I am going to flush all plants today and test the run off PH, based on it I'll know what I was dealing with and what is needed to be done... hopefully

WoW water source was PH was 5.7, I was using directions on the fertilizers and when I measured the TDS today using the same instructions TDS was 380 ppm... I am happy I got my TDS and PH meter at this point.
