first grow 250w MH Hortilux bulb

this is going to be the first time my friend and i grow. we bought a 2"7'x2"7'x5"11' grow tent, a 250w electric lumatex ballast with a 250w MH Hortilux bulb, and a emily garden 2 gallon reservoir hydro kit. my question is if it says to fill the reservoir up when i start when do i start to water it with the nutrient solution? any info or comments would be awesome thanks !!!

I would start giving them nutes after there 4th of 5th nodes, and would start at 1/4th the recommended dosage.

if they are not ready for nutes when you first use the tank then no, if they are then yes. some plants will be able too feed more than others, starting with 1/4 of the recommended dose is a safe start and you can eventually work your way up too 15-25% higher than what they are telling you.

now the water and nutes that are in teh reservoir do i re use that to water them or what? how long do i leave the pump on ? 24/7 thats what the instructions say

That is what I do, but others here water with nutes every other water. See how your plant(s) take too it.

im just doing my homework right now im goin to be getting some clones in 2 or 3 days from a hommie . so how much water do u poor down each plant when i water them everyday ? just a little bit right cuase then that would be flooding it right?

alright finally got some seed should be some bomb OJ Kush . i wet a towel and put them in an then enclosed them in between two plates. i hope they all pop out that would be sick. if anyone has any pointers please let me know

all four seeds popped out hell ya now only if they could all be females that would be the shit. i put them in the rockwool and in a container with a small light above it. so far so good cant wait.
