first grow...3 wks veg then 11/13....something i heard

So i started my first grow last month....they became seedlings on 26 July 2016....so 2 days short of a month....then I started researching this 12/12 from seed stuff....got me pretty curious I can't lie. I've seen disasters and ive seen 2 oz come off a 12/12 plant....not straight from seed 12 12 tho since there is a plant controlled veg state of 3-4 weeks or more depending on strain, lights ect ect.... so i did 24hr light for just over 3wks and went in to flower light cycle 3 days ago for my first 2....Habiba strain purchased from amsterdam marijuana seeds .com theres 2 more plants following their lead next week and one seedling amnesia haze who is in the 24 hr light cycle still....any advice, hate or love is much appreciated

that's about what i do. 3 weeks of veg starting from seed. then flip to 12/12 and they usually end up around 3 feet tall after they get done stretching

i know my photography skills suck....im trying here....also this is a VERY LOW BUDGET setup, 95% of my light source is the sun...i only use these lights to veg my seedlings for their first 3 wks before 11/13 light switch....this just keeps them from flowering until i'm ready

that's what i read in my research.....how were your yields? i've seen anything from 5 grams up to 2oz of a 12 12 after 3wks of veg

alot depends on strain but usually 2 oz per plant roughly.

if you veg too long then they get too tall and if you don't have enough light, you'll have fluffy bud at the bottoms of the plants.

here's a couple shots i have on my phone, when the sun comes out all the way i'll get some more. I play musical locations as i am a low budget grower for now so they get the East windows in the morning, outside around noon for the high sun and up to the west facing balcony for the afternoon then around 1800 back in the grow closet for the remaining 2 hours they get a mix off the wrong light spectrum pretty much
I know, it's not right...but it's all I can do, I am a medical patient who moved to another country and has no plugs, no connections, no time to waste, no medications and a shit job....but I'm still thankful to wake up....everyday....i guess...I am now 3 weeks in to flowering if it's counted from the 12-12 switch or the pistil appearance im not sure, but my expected harvest date is around sept. 18-23 then if my second rotation makes it they follow exactly a month later. i have 3 plants in veg and 3 in flower.
