its a 55,000 lumen agromax HPS from HTG supply along with their cheaper hood. It was the better one but not the best HPS. I wasn't expecting 9 plants to make it and be female. I wanted to be sure I had 4 - 5 females so I did 10 from seed. Anyway I now realize that 400 watt is probably not enough for this area. MAybe next grow I can upgrade or something. We shall see.
sure will, I plan on doing a final picture collage from start to finish with each strain when done. If you want to know which ones are the AI's, in the pictures I just posted its the one on the left that has the weather station resting on it. The other AI is behind that one. The untopped AI is just about the tallest one there and the topped one is not far behind. Both are doing great. They were slow starters but have really started going good now. However, both are still not showing any preflowers yet and every other plant has already. Not sure if they are still maturing or what. They are sure looking good though.
Personally I would give it another day or two. If those start to get any bigger then ditch it.
It's a pollen sack no doubt, why wait? Don't underestimate how quickly a male will develop, if one of those sacs pop and pollinate your good females its all over, be careful.
Did it turn out being male? Have you had to ditch it?
I only gave it another day or two and more sacs formed on top and I am pretty sure its a male. All of the other AK48's that are female have tons of white hairs coming out of their pistols already so ya it was def a male. I chopped it up last night, put it in oven for an hour at 170* and then made cann-butter with the leaves. Will try it out real soon here.
