first grow and running into problems with flowering

I have been trying to flower my plants for 4 weeks. out of 6 plants only 3 ave any flowers on them 2female and one male he is now dead, i was on a 12/12 light cycle for 3 weeks then switched to 11on 13 off,that is when i got some buds,but the other 3 are not doing any thing what am i doing wrong?

no dont have any pic but yes it is dark, when im out side of the room i cant see any light coming out, the 2 plants that are flowering are starting to get buds all over them and are doing good,
