First grow... autoflower

I am new to growing full plants, but I have been growing moms and cloning for months. I recently decided to start growing autoflowers. I have my basic closet set up already. I use hydro. I have already started my first new auto, She is a BCN Diesel feminized. I have had a couple seeds that started and failed and a few that made it to seedlings and the died. I have basic knowledge but need help. I was working with some one while cloning and am now on my own. Any and all info or advice would be appreciated. I will try to up load some pics of my BCN she is at the end of the 3rd week. I am basically wondering if I am on the right track here.... Is my auto where it should be for an auto that flowers in 9 - 10 weeks?

whats the deal im growing bcn diesel to under flourecent and its on its 9th day and alot smaller than that on its 14th day that you have i got it under 18 houar light a fan at all times? sahould i give it time??

Sorry I have had a crazy few days. I am running a 18/6 light schedual with a light bloom mix I watch mt teps in the room really closly and same with the water keeping it around 75

So far its going ok for my first grow of auto's. I am running 4 48" florecents all are t-12's (since I have a few shop fixtures to use) they are GE kitchen and bath series from meijers for around $12. U.S they are rated at 2700k color temp and putting out around 2500 lums each. I am also running 4 cfl warm white (2700k color temp) each one of them puts out around 1250 lums each and 2 24" t -12 again GE kitchen and bath and in the same color range just only 1200 lums. I have been using GH 3 part nut systems (grow,micro,bloom) with the flora plus kool bloom and compost tea. and a little molasis and it seams to work very well. I have had a little issue with ph latly and the heat here is kinda on the high side. It was 105f yesterday outside and it was SOO much fun trying to keep the room cool for the last few days. but over all i am happy with my first grow and have had a ton of fun reading and learning about growing autos. I will post the new picks in a few since the internet here is acting up alot (due to temps and power outages). Live Learn Love Red

Here she is @ 6 weeks. I think shes a little small and I did not watch it as close as i do now. At least I learned...lol

mine looks identicle but a lil bigger its 50 days into it, no sex sighns yet. wich i read that seed to harvest is 70 days maybe a lil more but i got the light on 24/0 should i switch it to 12/12 becouse someone told me the bcn diesel neeeed 12/12 to harvest or they stay vegging that true or hat please hepl
